Dell Laser Printer 1710n
printer network ?
i have a dell laser printer 1710n that i am trying to get on my network here at the house.. i cant add the printer through the add printer wizard.. i have the printer plugged in throught ethernet wire?/
the printer shows that it has a ip address. as well as netmask, gateway, it says ‘enable dHCP….. no’
if you have it plugged into an ethernet wire then you will need to configure the printer with an IP address (check your manual for how)
once thats done you should be able to add it as a network printer
