Who is the best surgeon / optician in the uk for laser eye surgery?

I would like to know who is the best consultant in the whole of the UK for laser eye surgery. Where can you find out an unbiased view of who is the best? Thanks

You don’t get such a report of surgeons etc. The laser vision correction industry is not regulated by perceived surgical success – too many variable. Besides, the best surgeon and best team working on the worst laser or conditions is not going to get the best result and vice versa.
