Laser Pointer Green 100mw
Is it legal to own a 100mW green laser pointer in USA?
I just got it as a gift, from the Internet.
I will NOT point it at people, airplanes or cars. I will only pop balloons (if I can) and thats it.
Yeah, it’s legal. One of my friends built a 1000mw blue laser and there’s no problem.
Besides, even if it were illegal, would anyone find out about it if you weren’t pointing it at people.
That’s when it’s illegal; if you’re shining them at people or cars or planes. Just be resposible with it.
