How does a guy style and hold fuzzy, fine hair?

I’ve always used mens `firm hold’ hairspray, as I don’t know if wax or gel would work, as I have a full head of very fine hair. I’m 40+ and my young mate winds me up about mi hair, saying athat it needs more volume or body (whatever that means). Its always well groomed and brushed, but needs rescued to look younger. As its so fine the slightest breeze blows it out of style so I have to use plenty of hairspray. Any suggestions to an embarrassing question????

before u dry it,put some gel in it….and then hair spray it…result: thick,volume and “the look” u want
