Strongest Green Laser Pointer
what class laser pointer is this, and can it light a match?
Please no guesses. I am putting lithium batteries into it when I get it because i think it makes it stronger?

A 50mw laser (50 milliwatts) does not pack enough energy to ignite a fire, even on a match. A 200mw is not that strong either.
You would need around 1500mw for lighting matches. If you paid less than about $100 for your laser (new) then it will be too weak for starting fires.
Sorry. I too would like to have a laser that I could merely point at a pile of sticks and start my campfire. I think that would require upward of 15,000mw.
(Caution: even a 50mw laser can permanently blind a person.)
